Synaform exists to close that gap. With over 30 years leading construction and infrastructure programmes across transport, energy, and defence, John has witnessed the consequences of an industry that still lacks a systemic approach to project delivery - resulting in waste, excessive costs, and the repeated loss of hard-won project knowledge. He founded Synaform to change that, embedding proven delivery methodology directly into the tools teams use every day. A chartered member of RICS, CIPS, and CIArb, a member of APM, and John brings cross-disciplinary expertise spanning procurement, project management, quantity surveying, and dispute resolution. With a keen interest in AI, having recently completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme, John ensures PROJECT:OS is shaped by that operational breadth - not theory.

Matthew brings a rare combination of engineering, data science, and hands-on construction experience to the design of PROJECT:OS - turning proven delivery methodology into an intelligent orchestration platform. With a background spanning manufacturing, main contracting, and commercial analytics, he specialises in turning fragmented project data - from cost systems, BIM models, field records, and programme tools - into structured, queryable intelligence. A practitioner of Lean and Six Sigma methods, and with applied training in AI and machine learning from Columbia and Michigan, Matthew builds technology that construction teams will actually adopt, not just admire in a demo.
