Project:OS sets out how delivery should run, from strategic intent through to handover and use, and generates the working tools from that method. The delivery register, the schedule, the assurance view and the knowledge base all come from the same source, so they stay consistent with each other and with the roles and duties behind them.
It is contract-neutral and arrives with a full delivery lifecycle already in place, which teams then adapt to their own project and governance.

In development
Playground is being developed to connect to those systems where they are and join what they hold into a model of the things an organisation manages and how they relate. Applications and workflows are then built on that shared model.
We also use Playground to build our own tools and models from shared building blocks, so that work done for one problem can be reused on the next.
