What a first conversation covers
Most people who contact us have a situation rather than a brief, which is a perfectly good place to start.
A first conversation is a chance to describe what is happening and what a better outcome would look like. We will ask which decisions are involved, who understands the system best and what has already been tried. From there we can suggest a sensible first step, which might be a short piece of advice, a model, a change to a process or simply a clearer question.
